Description
We will take our final prep for USMCA which is set to launch on July 1st. Many companies are taking a look at the just released implementation guidelines on June 16th and will most certainly have questions about many areas of this updated and important trade agreement for Kentucky companies. Dave Robeson, Licensed Customs Broker, will present on the key changes from NAFTA to USMCA, cover documentation basics (and answer more experienced questions on docs), product qualifications, enforcement, implementation, and how to properly prepare certificates of origin.
