In furthering AML’s mission to support sustainable growth in Greater Louisville manufacturing and logistics industries, we are thrilled to showcase Kentucky Association of Manufacturer’s (KAM) Wage and Benefits Study. Manufacturing companies from across the state participated by completing a survey that contains simple questions about the wage and benefits packages they offer to their employees. The survey, which was brought back in 2019 per the request of businesses and economic developers from across the state, is a comprehensive report on the state of manufacturing employment in Kentucky from 2019. This assessment focuses on manufacturing companies and the jobs they provide in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
