As an eleVate conference attendee, you can take an Emotional Intelligence Assessment and receive a detailed 15-page report at no cost! In addition, Speaker and Executive Coach, Sara Potecha has designed a break-out session, entitled Leading with Emotional Intelligence to help you interpret your assessment results and teach you several methods to build your emotional competence and leadership. However, there are a limited number of free assessments available. In mid-September, those who signed up for the EI assessment will be notified by email from “archprofile.com” with a link to take the test. Once you complete the assessment, you can download your 15-page customized report. Be sure to bring your results along with you to Sara Potecha’s Leading with Emotional Intelligence session.
