STEP Grant Reimbursement Notice (For Kentucky Eligible Exporters):

Participating companies seeking State Trade Expansion Program (STEP) grant reimbursement must submit their application and Trade Mission Travel Approval forms to CED in advance prior to registration or payment.
STEP reimbursement requires full itemized receipts, boarding passes, and a detailed daily business itinerary.
Important: STEP reimbursement covers only valid business activities. Optional cultural activities, baggage fees, and travel insurance must be tracked separately.
