STEP Grant Reimbursement Notice (For Kentucky Eligible Exporters):
- Participating companies seeking State Trade Expansion Program (STEP) grant reimbursement must submit their application and Trade Mission Travel Approval forms to CED in advance prior to registration or payment.
- STEP reimbursement requires full itemized receipts, boarding passes, and a detailed daily business itinerary.
- Important: STEP reimbursement covers only valid business activities. Optional cultural activities, baggage fees, and travel insurance must be tracked separately.
