Presented jointly by UPS\, SkuVault\, and the World Trade Center Kentucky\, these seminars prepare companies whether they are experienced eCommerce pros or new to online business to operate successful global eCommerce companies.\n\n\n\nThe first part of our series will bring two seasoned eCommerce experts to share their journey from startup to today.  Learn how they developed their global presence\, the rewards of international online commerce\, and the struggles / pitfalls they experienced along the path to success.\n\n\n\nThis webinar will feature IRD  LLC\, a Louisville\, KY based manufacturer of industrial test systems for rotating apparatus.  When IRD first sought to expand online in January 2019\, they wanted to reevaluate the opportunities they were curating with their customers. IRD ventured to create an easier way for their customer to interact with their brand\, gain knowledge of their products\, and make the purchasing funnel smoother and more efficient. Especially with half their sales being international\, they wanted to develop a way that customers could order their parts without waiting on delays such as standard store hours. With an eCommerce site\, they've been able to successfully create a solution that helps IRD fulfill orders and in turn\, opened pathways to continue developing strategies to put their customer first.
