In 2018\, Canada was the #1 trade partner for Kentucky with over 7 Billion in exports.  How can collaboration lead to innovation in the aluminum industry?  Kentucky and Quebec have great synergy in the aluminum sector in that Kentucky has the greatest capacity to produce aluminum in the U.S. and Quebec has 9 of the 10 smelters in Canada.  How can this synergy be leveraged to gain production efficiencies and improve global competitiveness?
