Description
Knowing when you need an export license is critical to your international sales operations and your bottom line. In this seminar, we will cover the major facets of export compliance including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (TAR). Navigating these regulations will allow your company to execute international sales with the knowledge that your export transactions are in compliance with US law.
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:
- Understand the major facets required to execute global export compliance program
- Understand the major facets of the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (TAR)
- Mitigate risk of non-compliance with export compliance rules that could cost your company penalties, unwanted press coverage and discontinuation of exports
